DiskarteHub is an online platform designed to connect individuals seeking services (“Customers”) with individuals or businesses offering services (“Service Providers”). DiskarteHub provides the technology and platform that enables users to discover, communicate, and arrange services with one another.

Independent Service Providers

Service Providers listed on DiskarteHub operate independently. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or contractors of DiskarteHub.

DiskarteHub does not directly perform, supervise, control, or manage the services offered by Service Providers.

No Guarantee or Endorsement

DiskarteHub does not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, legality, availability, accuracy, reliability, qualifications, licensing, experience, or suitability of any Service Provider or service listed on the platform.

The presence of a Service Provider or service listing on DiskarteHub should not be interpreted as an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by DiskarteHub.

Where a particular service requires a professional license, permit, certification, insurance, or other legal qualification, users are responsible for verifying that the Service Provider possesses the appropriate requirements before engaging their services.

User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for evaluating and selecting Service Providers and determining whether a particular service is appropriate for their needs.

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that the services they offer comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, safety standards, and other legal obligations.

Users should exercise reasonable judgment and appropriate safety precautions when communicating, meeting, hiring, providing services, making payments, or conducting transactions with another user.

Transactions and Payments

Unless specifically processed or guaranteed through an official DiskarteHub payment feature, agreements, payments, refunds, cancellations, warranties, and other arrangements between Customers and Service Providers are the responsibility of the parties involved.

DiskarteHub is not responsible for private agreements or transactions conducted outside the platform.

Disputes Between Users

Any agreement for services is primarily between the Customer and the Service Provider.

DiskarteHub may provide reasonable platform assistance or reporting mechanisms when available, but does not guarantee that it will mediate, resolve, reimburse, or otherwise assume responsibility for disputes between users.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DiskarteHub and its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, property damage, failed transactions, service disputes, misconduct, or other consequences arising from interactions or transactions between users or from services arranged through the platform.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

User-Provided Information

Information contained in profiles, service listings, descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, qualifications, and other user-generated content is generally provided by users.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information they submit is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Beta and Pre-Release Versions

During Beta Testing or other pre-release stages, DiskarteHub may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, interruptions, errors, or features that may change without notice.

Beta users acknowledge that they are using a pre-release version of the platform and should not rely on it as a completely error-free or uninterrupted service.

Acceptance

By accessing or using DiskarteHub, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the platform and accept responsibility for your interactions, decisions, and transactions with other users, subject to applicable law.
